Experiential Learning

“Tell me and I forget, teach me and I may remember, involve me and I learn.”

– Benjamin Franklin

At Viv’s Schoolhouse, we believe that children learn best through experiential learning. This approach allows children to be wholly engaged in their learning experiences and ensures that foundations are firmly anchored in.

From playing games to conducting experiments, children’s sense of sight, taste, hearing, touch, and smell are engaged in daily lessons. Our little explorers thus adopt a hands-on approach in interacting with learning materials. Through this approach, children are able to:

  • Engage in critical thinking to problem-solve
  • Stimulate creative thinking skills
  • Develop a genuine understanding on concepts taught
  • Build up confidence and independence
  • Involve actively in peer learning
  • Have lots of FUN unravelling new knowledge and information

Hence, there is never a dull moment at Viv’s Schoolhouse. Our children are active learners who are always keen to learn, explore, and grow everyday!
